Re the recently posted FORM D.... Where did this info come from? It came from the SEC. I have a copy of PABN's Form D filing - the info posted looks accurate. There is one statement that I think is in error (about buying Investorsguru and on-line gaming). I think PABN did a "cut and paste" job from someone else's filing. Someone didn't proofread the final document before filing.... As soon as I verify the error I will posted the correct info.
