I don't have the technical know-how to create a web page. The date on my copy is Mar 23, 1999. The existence of this document was called to my attention by a post on this thread - several weeks ago. I would have posted my copy of the Form D filing it if I had known how to do it. I think the info is relevant to this thread; not to mention interesting in light of who the "directors" are, Schmitz, Williams and Vaccaro. PatP
