There was a proxy vote in April for increasing the number of shares but Chairman Bernie indicated at the Annual Meeting that he has no intention of a stock split (at least at this time). Put a wet-blanket over the stock until the recent Analysts Report where Bernie and company once again wowed 'em. This stock is a powerhouse!
