I heard from a rep. at Bell South that they will soon be providing dial-in and dedicated Internet services. Their provider: Gridnet. As these guys are not considered a big player at the NSP level, I did a little probing and discovered that they are owned by Worldcom. At these prices, it's starting to look like a pretty good bet.
