It has already been pointed out on this board that shares in a Form D are under no restrictions. So, why Barbara is claiming that they will be restricted for 24 months is puzzling, especially when you consider the posts regarding this were to her #reply-10175514. [you think somebody told her they were restricted?] in the documents we find the following....
