"PanAmerican BanCorp ("PanAmerican") was organized in 1997 to take advantage of an opportunity in Belize. " I'm so far behind in my reading that this has probably already been addressed....but does anyone else notice anything wrong with that "quote" from the so-called private placement memorandum? (Hint, check out the date.) This is obviously a fake document. "Over the next two years, investors were lined up to purchase mortgages from PanAmerican." "...investors were lined up..." ??? Too funny for words! "Purewater Sciences held several patents on water purification. Its[sic] products have been discontinued and may or may not be revamped, however, the possibilities are being investigated." The entire water business was sold. The above statement is such a fabrication it is amazing that anyone would fall for it, except of course for colleenB. sic[k] is more like it. PCM GO PABN!!!
