Second, regarding share totals, if that quote is accurate and truthfully represents what the company filed, one has to remember that on March 3 (the date the form was filled out) the RMC deal was not yet on the rocks. The form was filled out on the 3rd, filed with the SEC on the 23rd, and stamped by them on the 29th as far as I can tell IF that part of the document is not forged. PCM GO PABN!!!
