"Why worry about it? " I'm not sure "worry" is the correct term for my concern. On the heels of another false report published in Belize, we have this obviously fake version of a Form D and a PPM. The Reporter gets all my respect for their retraction. If only other media outlets in Belize were as honest! I'm just concerned about the increased intensity of false information about PABN that is hitting the internet. Obviously, whoever is picking up the tab for some of the bashers here and elsewhere is not getting their money's worth, so they are taking matters into their own hands (ala The Reporter and the geocities site). I am a part owner of this company. I understand your lack of worry, snug as you are in the Cave of Solitude, trading in and out of the stock -- you have a different perspective on this than I do. That's fine. I look at it a bit differently. Doesn't anyone wonder how it is that colleen was able to get the text of the document so quickly and easily? It is not without reason that she posted it with all those [sic]'s, even the ones that were incorrect. Identifying some of the more obvious proofs that it is a forgery now makes for easier deniability in the future (ala "it was just a joke," etc.). We all owe Currency a debt of gratitude for alerting us to what is really going on. PCM GO PABN!!!
