PanAmerican BanCorp ("PanAmerican") was organized in 1997 to take advantage of an opportunity in Belize. " does anyone else notice anything wrong with that "quote" from the so-called private placement memorandum? (Hint, check out the date.) This is obviously a fake document. Well.... technically the above statement might be right. It says that they were *organized* in 1997, does not say they were incorporated in 1997. PanAmerican BanCorp was initially organized as a Limited Liability Company in 1996. #reply-9726329 Two years later a company, PABN, was incorporated in Nevada on June 9, 1998 (http://sos.state.nv.us).
