As to PABN telling shareholders (some shareholders) and not making a public announcement of their private placement, certainly a material event, this is not exactly fair play especially to those investors that have bought this stock and sustained 50% losses in the meantime. The form D was filed prior to any disclosure (to a limited number of investors) - so this isn't illegal right? Looking for opinions.
