On the issue of the investorsguru and the online casino, it looks to me like some older boiler plate was reused in the Form D. Whether it was Owen Naccarato or someone else that incorporated those words carelessly, it seems to me that it was a mistake. Look at these links from the CMOZ site. They acquire the casino: cosmoz.com They acquire Investosguru: cosmoz.com Owen Naccarato is listed as Corportate Counsel. cosmoz.com Note the dates on these releases pre-date the 3/23 filing. Additionally it hardly seems consistent with anything that PABN is doing, but neither is it proof of anything more sinister than carelessness on PABN/PRWT's part.
