Well let's look then at their record on when they have said that they will file their financials. Their performance is pretty miserable is it not? (See: #reply-9618793) They said in the 2nd qtr. Are they going to file an audited 10-K before their oft stated end to the second qtr. or are they going waffle and postpone yet again with some new feeble excuse?
