You're screwed Tom. Everything is done already. You had to confirm between 7:30PM EST last night and 2AM EST.

I doubt you got any if you didn't make a web confirmation, e-mail confirmation, or voice confirmation before then. This is the dumbest way I've seen of doing an IPO. I think they tried to distribute the maximum number of shares in 100 share increments to keep people from flipping the shares. The effect was to tick people off when the servers crashed and the voice lines were jammed.

Turns out I got lucky and confirmed immediately on receiving the notification to do so. Must have missed the server crash by minutes. Anyway they couldn't even tell me if the confirmation had been received this morning when I called in. For better or worse, the maximum allocation at Waterhouse was 300 shares, so were aren't talking BIG bucks even if this turkey does fly. I received e-mail confirmations this morning for my allocation at 7:30AM EST.

If I'd have known it would have been this much trouble I shouldn't have bothered.
