Good luck Jim...

I am still sticking to my guns:

Message 10205348

I have no confidence in the company or management. I got out at around .18 and am not looking to go back in anytime soon. If it happened to go to a buck from here ... it would not change my opinion of the company. And if I am correct, then like I said, the chickens will come home to roost.

For the record - I repeat:

I would not trust a company that continually changes its business focus...which ADAIR admits to doing in their glossy.

I would not trust a company that has business dealings in other companies in other countries....like the one mentioned in the above post.

I would not trust a company that has made SEVERAL news releases in the past - none of which can be found on their home page - and has not come through on them.

I would not trust a companies whose officers admit to not making the required filings when making transactions with restricted shares recieved as compensation.

The company did not have the cash to pay the officers...or at least not enuf... so they were given shares --according to the glossy -- $5,000.00 dollars worth at the end of each month for months Jan thru May of 99 as partial compensation.

I wish they had the old news releases from last year. I would like to be able to see the dates the news releases came out. I am certain that they were right in that time frame...because the glossy says the shares were valued between .38 -.19 and I recall making my first buy of AIGI at .38 after seeing a glowing news release. There were a few more glowing ones that followed. Stock would go up on the news ... and then tank.

What do I suspect??? I suspect that at the time of those news releases that the officers were selling their shares received as compensation [without making the proper filings] to investors who believed the news.

My only good fortune with this one is that I averaged down and bought some shares at .05 which allowed me to bail with a profit.
