It's not the downgrade that's hurting DCLK, it's the rumor of the CMGI acquisition of Alta Vista from CPQ. Alta Vista comprises 43% of DCLK's revenues. IF CMGI acquires Alta Vista, CMGI will probably not use DCLK for their ad campaigns seeing they have like 3 ad companies of their own. I bought in today at 84 7/8 but I fear we still have a ways to tumble before recovering. =(
