I agree that the privacy challenge will likely (hopefully!) blow over. The reality is that everyone in the space is moving in this direction -- it's just a natural.

My bigger concern is the Alta Vista/CMGI sale: buzz seems to be that this is a done deal. Having said that, there's a number of ways CMGI could work this; they may want to work with DoubleClick more than everyone assumes.

I guess my bias is that there are going to be a ton of bumps in the road, as this is a very desirable and competitive space, especially as broadband gets deployed. In that environment it's mgmt that is most important, and everyone I know thinks DLCK's is tops.
