Hi Ron,

I have been a stockholder in MFNX since February and have been very well rewarded for my position. The company was founded in the early 90's as National Fiber Network. It has a unique solution to the "Last Mile" in that it installs cable with typically 432 FO strands and up to 800 or so strands in high traffic locations. It concentrates on the largest of metropolitan areas, and has a proven record at being able to deal with "City Hall" and the tremendously complex and frustrating aspects of infrastruture development. It has just signed a contract with BEL to install cable in BELs COs in NYC and is expected to roll out the same solution in other COs soon. About 3 months ago it contracted with BEL to install its multi strand cable from NYC to White Plains in anticipation of the permission for BEL to provide interLATA LD services. MFNX is on sthe move and heading the right directions. The merger with ABOV is a strategic gem. It fits perfectly with the needs of both companies.

For information about MFNX, contact Ellen Strahs Fader, IR director at the company. BTW, one of the nicest people I have ever spoken to regarding IR issues.

Disclosure: Aside from holding stock, I am in no other way associated
with the company. I think this is one of the jewels of the telecommunication revolution. Sorry for being so gushy.

Best, Ry
