If you read the press release you will find that they did a 6 million dollar convertable preffered offering. I dont understand converts very well...but found it is usually best to avoid them. Here is an eatery I tried to buy shares of: CBHR - I put in a limit order at .50 and didnt get a fill....my limit order for a buck was canceled by my broker - to far outawhack said he. Here is another - fully reporting and showing a profit to boot: NUZA now trading in the 2 cent range -- i did buy a few shares of this one for speculation. Lazarus
