NEW MANAGEMENT: Includes Shelly Frank, former CEO of Chi-Chi's; Sandy Rappaport, founding partner of Outback Steakhouse; and Ken Berry, former Director of Operations for Briad Group, a privately held $100mm/yr restaurant operations company.

PROTOTYPE STEAKHOUSE OPENING: In April RTTL acquired a 1.5 acre parcel of land in Danbury, Connecticut for its new prototype mid-priced steakhouse restaurant. It is scheduled to open within several weeks.
