I think the almost $40,000 that you refer to is his salary. I don't read that as a bonus. You might be right, but if that is his salary and not a bonus, why was his salary the only one mentioned? And why was it even mentioned in this section? John Schmitz, the Chairman/CEO/President received approximately $37,500 in remuneration between June and December 1998. #reply-10229108
