I read the post from Ike whre he attributed the bond sell off to Japaness selling the Bund (German bond, I suppose), and not the fear of rate hike or inflation. I dont fully understand what he meant but I think the Japanese selloff forces US treasury rate up to more attractive bids for foreign buying.
