I just checked with DoubleClick IR and seems that they are in a conference Call with the PR Firm. Hopefully we will see a news release shortly. I suggest you call and express your concerns # 212-271-8909 or call David @ 212-371-5999. Noticed BancBoston in their weekly news release reiterated that these Alta Vista concerns are non issue as the deal is locked for three years and DoubleClick has widened their rev. base since F1997. Also, based on talks yesterday with DoubleClick IR, their legal folks don't see any problem even if CMGI takes over Alta Vista from CPQ. Regards,
