Unfortunately, the recovery per share will most likely be much less than $.125. While this might be the amount of the suggested damages per share, the very fact that a settlement was made, indicates that the amount of the settlement is for less than the actual damages, otherwise, the market makers would have just gone to trial and taken their chances. My estimate (and this is a very rough guess) is that the recovery will fall between 1/4 of a cent to 1 cent per share.
