Investors who traded any of 1,659 Nasdaq stocks during certain time periods between May 1, 1989 and July 17, 1996 may file a claim to share in the recovery from settlements in the Nasdaq Market-Makers Antitrust Litigation. The settlements provide for aggregate payments by defendants which, including interest, will total approximately $1,027,000,000.00 (before fees and expenses) by July, 1999.

Pursuant to the Court's preliminary approval order, on June 11, 1999, a notice was mailed to potential Class members regarding the Proposed Plan of Distribution. Proof of claim forms accompanied that notice. The filing deadline for proof of claim forms is December 8, 1999.

Cash in if you traded from this list of stocks during that period!

Small retail investors must pursue this opportunity
because we are the ones this suit was done to protect,
and since the moneys there, why not claim your portion!

SI members should use this thread to discuss their
Claim filing experiences, questions and suggestions,
so next year we can compare award checks, not regrets.
