Hooboy, more disinformation. And you can't even repeat this one without laughing yourself.

Just what is this exclusive marketing agreement? PABN/PRWT's agreement with NHLT expired as of Jan 1, 1999. It was not renewed according to the NHLT 10-KSB filed in April, nor was any further mention made of any subsequent licensing in the May 10-QSB. The only trace was that the receivable for "renting" the exclusive management and marketing for NHLT, the sum of $41,000 for the month of December, was paid sometime during the first quarter.

Further if you look at the LPTI 10-KSB and 10-QSB there is really no mention of any licensing of exclusive right to market the scanner to NHLT. The only possible mention that I can see is a rather cryptic reference in their 10-KSB of section 10.32 Agreement with R. D. Bowers Associates. (Note: R.D. Bowers is the CEO of NHLT.) But this particular agreement is not attached to the electronically filed version of their 10-KSB.

Exclusive right to market the scanner? Doesn't look like it Raybo. Better pony up the proof to make that statement. Also better work out a deal with NHLT and LPTI so you all get your stories straight.
