The guys on the CMGI site point out that there is probably some kind of opt-out clause in the AV contract. The idea is that CMGI takes over AV and pays DCLK whatever it costs to end contract. DCLK makes a bundle but it is only a one time shot and DCLK loses in the long run.

The reason for all this, of course, is that CMGI has their own businesses that compete with DCLK.

What do you think about that?

Do you think such a clause exists?

Perhaps something like: "In the event that AV goes out of business or changes ownership ...... the contract has to be renegotiated."

It would be nice to hear something from DCLK on this since it is such a large part of our revenue.
