Let us put personal feelings to the side. Lets us go back to the PRWT thread defend what we feel to be true!
After having read this and knowing you the way I thought I did, I was shocked and dismayed when you publicly called me a judas. I'm speaking up because I have concerns. Why do we pretend that everything is perfect with PTWT when it is not? Why can't we ask civil questions of one another on the public thread even if it doesn't cast the best light on PRWT? Why do questions have to be cloaked and preapproved by a secret society email group before a person is allowed to speak up publicly?
Is somebody's only acceptance by the PRWT longs is to pretend that everything is great? I do not approve of these intimidation and silencing methods that are being employed and embraced by all the longs. The threads should be used as a source of information not manipulative encouragement. For that is what has happened. With information not being posted to the public thread we are all guilty of willful manipulation People plunk down cash on rumors of what MIGHT be, we have no proof that what we hear will ever materialize. What if things are NOT as great and wonderful as we all want them to be? Are we better off not knowing these details, keeping our heads buried?
You should go over and read the last 40 posts on PLRP...we're all but belly up on that stock...and look at how we're behaving. It's remarkable!!! Many of us bought the stock at 50cents. We have weathered through paid promoters, debentures, and more recently, we have learned that the company has another set back, one which might end it for the company. But guess what, we're not picking at one another. Why, it's because we never sugar coated the news that came out from the company. We knew the good AND the bad and made our own decisions. This is how it should be, and this is not how it is over on PRWT thread.
I have been asked by newbies if I would recommend PLRP. My public response was to highlight the good and the bad...I concluded with suggesting to the person they might wait until the financials come out. I don't feel that I was a traitor to the stock. Nor was I attacked by the longs because we ALL know that the stock is going to flounder until this information is released. Why pretend any differently? It's this constant masquerade, this pretending that everything is wonderful that gets everybody all wound up and over involved in the daily ticks of the tape. For once the pretense is dissolved, there there is nothing to fear or attack.
I've been gravely concerned about PRWT for a while now, to which you've all known this. I've not said much to the email group as time progressed, I became more and more disappointed in the transactions that were taking place. I found we were being spoon fed bits and pieces of information, not enough to really question, just enough to keep everybody greedy. A strong manipulation tactic, IMO, the email group has hurt the collective power to search for the truth. Without the information going on the public thread, people are not digging and searching for answers. We were all just lapping up the bits and pieces.
I have fallen victim to hype on too many stocks and have grown weary of the misleading posts that continue and dominate the threads. I've also learned that to post the ugly truth does not drive the price down. Jhild and Rosie do no affect the price as much as people want ot fuss and snort about his possibility. There's a reason the price is where it is, and that's because nothing has been accomplished/finalized. Jhild and Rosie cannot stop progress, if things were actually happening, the price would rise in accordance.
My biggest problem is that the reverse merger has not taken place and John waffles and dances all around the issue.. and now we're told that he's got other plans????...hello...we all own stock in a worthless shell...we do not own the pipe dream of PanAm...and now he's saying he's not going to bother with the reverse, that he's going to go straight for a NASDAQ listing?
In an email, LegalBeast said he checked with John and was unable to get a straight answer about the RM. He said he was going to do some further checking, since I was cut off the email list 3 WEEKS AGO, I have not heard what he found out. THAT SAME DAY, the day Legal posted this in an email about the questionable RM, I had Harry call. And guess what John told Harry...that the reverse merger is a done deal but he's not going to bother with a PR as it's unimportant???...unimportant???..hello? This can hardly be..how many calls must this man get about his one specific issue?...and he thinks it's unimportant??? Until this happens, we own nothing and none of the other companies that are waved in front of our faces can be a part of PRWT.
I would also like to address the issue that I am being linked with Jhild and Rosie. This is not true and you know this. It must be easier for many to believe that I am working in concert with them rather than to accept the fact that I might have concerns about PRWT after being a loyal long for the time I have been. To be an investor does not mean we have to be of one mind. If there are issues out there let it be known. If the risk reward factor is something you are comfortable with, fine, but don't control what others may need to make a decision for themselves.
So, I hope that you can understand why I feel compelled to post publicly about PRWT. To me this is separate from any of our friendships. I just would like the truth posted and all this pretense stopped. You have no idea how many PM's I've gotten from scared lurkers. This secrecy is not fair to them. They too have money to lose and should be armed with all the facts, be it the good and the bad. I wish somebody had the guts to do what I am attempting on some of my other stocks. For some inane reason we longs think it's detrimental to print the truth or view all options. But this is not reality. If the stock is really worth more, then there is no need to fear the truth.
So, please don't view my posting as a personal threat to your investment as this is not why I am doing this. I am not trying to get even with the longs for having cut me from the only avenue of information. I want the truth to be known to ALL and am tired of this silly game or worrying about everybody's feelings, meaning how I would have to suck up to Barb for her to re-enlist me. I'm sorry but I don't like my money held hostage in this manner. And yes, my name has been absent for at least three weeks, without a comment or word from any of you.
