Hal ... I still think it's down coming this afternoon, You? My proclivity for long term prognostication (this afternoon) labors under a burden of being severely limited in accuracy .... for me short term is in seconds mid term is in minutes long term is in multiples of minutes ...... ggggg However, fwiw .... I have a tendency (this time) to agree with Celtic WarLord Pat .... and Cousin Ike just had this to say ... and I quote " SOX has been basing very nicely so has been the RUT around 400-440 area, in my Opinion this market wants to move higher, the rebound at 450 and other indicators like PSE indicate that market wants to move higher, for me the good area to look at would be RUT stocks. " afternoon highs aren't in yet ....
