Well sorry there EmilG, but right here it says 1.75 billion shares authorized. Since there has been no board of directors meeting since that document was filed, it cannot possibly have changed. geocities.com This number can't be wrong. John Schmitz signed off on this document. Its effective date was 3/23/99.
