Wade, You do realize that Joe Vincent, NMTX, did borrow the needed $5,000,000 in order to partially fulfill the announced 1.1MM share buyback? The Co is paying commercial rate interest on this money and presently that $5mm is only worth $4.5MM. He also stated at the last Annual Meeting that he "saw no reason" that debt would not be paid back by the end of fiscal 99, Last May 30th. Do you wonder who put him up to this and why, considering there was a 13 Elliot Grp looming and the tax loss selling season around the corner. I recall you having a conversation with Lacourcier in the past. Any recent ones? Would he be willing to do so - to your group of investors? Roland
