James, do you have any thoughts on the negative shareholders equity and negative working capital? It looks like their earnings and cashflow have been okay for the last 2 years, and I suppose you can value the stock based on that, but they must have had some bad problems somewhere down the line before that, considering how their balance sheet looks. I thought that the NYSE required a minimum net tangible assets of $10 M to remain listed, but this stock has a negative value. I wonder if they have some kind of waiver to allow them to trade. John
