I agree, I don't think CMGI views DCLK as an adversary or enemy. If CMGI can use DCLK in a manner that will either save it or make it money, the CMGI will seize such opportunities. However, don't be lulled into believing that D. Wetherell isn't going to look after his own stables first, which include the following CMGI horses: MSGI, AdSmart, and SalesLink. CMGI will create ways to improve these precious holdings every chance it gets. By doing so, CMGI improves its own shareholder value.
