Quickly, They had a lot of cash and were starting the NICO product launch". This cash was built up in anticipation of new product start up cost. The cash position has dropped. EPS has dropped. Admin is growing at an unprecidented rate with nothing to show (so far) for it and historically most of the time the "initial effort" fails and thus a "regrouping"/new expense becomes necessary. The fact that the legal advisors have clamped down and are insisting on no further "misrepresentations" is the biggest plus for the near term future. This and the fact that the year ago 1st and 2nd qtr numbers were low enough to beat, especially as Bill has not been permitted to pump full the last qtr numbers. Don't get me wrong, now is a better time to buy back in than when it was 9, 8, or 7 and declining. I believe you will eventually be rewarded, but I also believe there will be a few more buy in opportunities. From what I am told the NICO sales are slower than they ever expected, but that it is performing better than expected. So why is this? Gotta go Roland
