Hmmmm, food for thought. I suppose it's true that the semis have a large following of 'True Believers' (or fanatics, depending on your perspective). I could say that I'm one of those fanatics, or I could say that I'm just stickin' to an industry I can (sort of) understand (I'm an electrical engineer). In any case- what about them retailers? I know they're out of favor, but just how far out of favor are they? I wouldn't touch K-Mart with a ten-foot pole, but that's cause I remember the dreary, decadent feel I used to notice at their stores. There seem to be plenty of other retailers who've got nothin' but bright futures ahead of 'em.
