Come on take it easy. Remember your truth is created based on your logic which may not be the real truth from other people's eyes. I think you tried too hard to find an absolute truth based on your standard. In reality it is too hard to find it.

You should explore the voting power of the shareholders. Let every one decide if he should be the CEO. You still remember last time shareholders voted down his acquisition of another company about 2 years ago. And, elected 2 directors to the board.

What did they say about Mr. LaC after these years? Do they want to vote him out? I forgot the date of the annual meeting. May be you should attend it to voice your anger to him face to face. If you missed it this year, why not try it next year. I will make my time available to offer my help. I wish not to engage argument with you at here because slight different views of how a bad CEO should be treated.

Needless to say, we all know that he is still doing things not to your standard and of course he is still the only reason the company was not
successful from your view. If so, vote him out just like last time the shareholders gave him a black eye. Can you find enough support? If not.. what will be your plan?
