The Saga of how many states I-T is Licensed in:
March 5, 1999: Kristi reports - We are currently licensed in 27 states and there are applications on his desk for the for the rest of them, they just have to be notarized and sent out, it will take approx 30 days for each state to respond and we're in. They did not do this back in December because the fees are based annually and hey, why waste the money if we're not up and running!!! #reply-8165505
On April 23 you investors made your trip to NY and were evidently told something about these registrations in the 50 states.
April 25, 1999: Kristi says of the trip - Oh, I almost forgot to tell all of y'all, duuuuuuhhhh..... We are now licensed in all 50 states for Insider Trading. #reply-9137811
April 26, 1999: Barbara says of the trip - We were also informed that we are now licensed in all the states . . . #reply-9142091
That same day Barbara posts- Jhild I was also told they are now licensed in all states. I was told this by two different people in two different divisions of pabn. #reply-9147454
A few days later and still no word of conformation on this. But you all remain hopeful. April 29, 1999: Kristi opines - I'm sure that the information about the 50 states will be out soon. #reply-9234826
After questioning this claim Barbara responds May 13, 1999: Your right on this Jhild. They have applied to all 50 states and sent their monies in but have to wait on confirmation from each state. #reply-9511604
Finally Barbara relates after more questioning I was told that IT had made application to be registered in all states. I was told what the applications had cost. #reply-10179338
On June 29, 1999: Chairman John Schmitz says walker: IT is licensed in 24 states and growing... #reply-10323200
As of today the NASDR database shows only Indiana added on June 11, 1999, since North Carolina was added August 31 of 1998. It also still only shows I-T licensed in just 23 states. Oh, well. Not knowing how many states I guess kind of pales in comparison to not knowing how many shares in their private placement they actually placed. |
