Looks like I was too pessimistic. OCOM did manage to raise the money. If you are still interested in hearing negative points - - The existing shareholders got screwed (they have more than what I was expecting) - The management has consistently tried to convey a wrong impression that they are doing fine. All the stories of VARs and boot camps have not resulted in sales. - The crucial point - OCOM has not been successful in being cash flow +ve. I don't see it reaching that status anytime soon. I am estimating that they will again run out of cash in 18 months (assuming constant bash burn rate). One cannot bleed for ever (unless you are an internet company) OCOM (the stock) should do OK for the time being - the convertible is gone - It is still on the Nasdaq - They don't have to search for loose change under the vending machines. I do not have a position (long/short) in OCOM. Regards. Rajiv
