There are many possible explanations . . . Unfortunately none of the possible explanations seem credible in my opinion. I think the shareholders were just plain lied to on the basis of it taking over two months for these registrations to start coming through. But you are free to work up your own excuses for them. Personally I think if you really believe them you are in denial. Ignorance is bliss. But don't let me wake you from your dream.
