Well, many of your points are valid, and it's time to move on. However, would you agree, perhaps, that EVERY company listed on any exchange whatsoever, be it Pink, Red, OTC, be required at a bare minimum to issue unaudited financial statements, subject to later verification? Minimal expense. Minimal level of responsibility to shareholders. Can even one person object to that?
