Hi Jack, The stock had "shifted" to a lower trading range $6 to $9 in recent times and although I was profitable and trading profitably in that range, the stock had not lived up to my initial or ongoing expectations.

Like most of the tech stocks I review, I was hoping for sales and book value to be doubling in a 3-5 year time horizon. Not only had that not occurred, but the future had become less and less clear for the company as they hurried to catch the next semiconductor wave. They always seemed to arrive a bit late for the party.

So, in the end, it was frustration that ended the investment. I guess I could have continued to AIM it but felt that the money was better placed someplace else.

Best regards, Tom
