Although there are some obvious typos in that MC1000 report I think the one I question most is about the number of call center agents involved at each of the five call centers operated by that "retail store that has national presence". Considering how many TV commercials are run by most of these "retail stores that have national presence" I doubt even Bob Vila's entire production crew could keep up with the calls from one state alone.

You can tell that it's an error if you continue reading the sentence to where it talks about moving as many as a thousand out of each office into their homes. This probably means that the previous 5 - 10 meant 5,000 - 10,000 call center agents at each of the five locations.

You know we've got one of the Hertz national reservation centers here over near Hefner & Penn and there are generally 400 - 600 cars there virtually 24 x 7.

So what sells more? Red Fords or Robo-Grips?

UPDATE: It has been verified that it should have been printed as 5,000 - 10,000 call center agents at each of the five locations, the other little typos (POPS = POTS, etc) are obvious except the one towards the last that says "VCM" which is supposed to be "VPN", corrections are to be made.
