I certainly hope that the powers that be at this turkey also comply in time if for no other reason than to keep the poor souls who believed the "inside" stories at least have an opportunity to salvage part or all of their funds.

Aside from playing with fire by keeping this a secret, which they had to have known well before today, they better explain this to the shareholders and put every ounce of pressure they can on Motorola, Echelon, Teng and any other CREDIBLE source to put out the truth about whatever relationship exists between ALYA and them. Make sure they don't couch the deal in wishy washy if ands or buts as they have for over a year. Working product or not stuff like this leaves a bad taste not only in the shareholders mouth but also with people you sell to.
