Yea, the SEC is getting pretty sticky about reporting when a company has ben paid for their services but I don't really know if this is the case here. I find it kind of funny to pay for an interview where it's a line of questioning by the publishing party. Either way it's no big deal, I think that disclaimer mentioned only $2,500 - $5,000 per quarter and I somehow doubt any of the shareholders would challenge that expense.
