You, like most true criminals, appear to have learned nothing from your experience. Well, Mr. Do-As-I-Say-Not-As-I-Do, you speak of not learning? Surely you didn't post that with a straight face. Report away. And please reference your post and the many others that you have attempted to demean and diminish others that have questioned this company that looks to be on the fast track to being listed as PABNE. I note with some interest that DGIV has had a trading halt that will require a complete audited financial disclosure before trading resumes. It seems that the financial disclosure that PABN will try to slip by with won't really take care of itself as you would like to suggest. It will only signal their apparent intention to evade responsible disclosure until forced to do so a la DGIV or until they wither into the pantheon of security limbo - the pink sheets. Whatever they file with the SEC, I suspect that it won't be a Form 10.
