wrong Drakes - there is incentive to sell the company for anything over $48mm, which is less than $3 per share. Sad to say - but fortunately, the motivation at such a low price is small and hopefully if it is any factor at all it will be at a price we can all live with - a prospect I know you view with much derision. bucko
