I will simply point out the big lie du jour, which is the idea that in the private placement two investors got some kind of sweetheart deal on a bit over 50,000,000 shares. Well this is maybe your big lie du jour that it was only a bit over 50,000,000 shares, because in fact they filed a Form D saying they were placing 100,000,000 shares. Those shares can be placed at any time and in fact the only requirement for the Form D is that it be filed within 15 days of selling any of the securities, not all that are to be placed before its filing. You even have a copy of the Form D that you sent off for, but you are unable to read when it is to be filed. Tsk. tsk. tsk. geocities.com Well you can look right there to verify what I say. Apparently you are the big lie du jour, today and every day. The menu just doesn't change with you it seems. Why do you persist so in raping the truth and calling it consensual sex?
