Thank you for your explanation of the placement of the “sweetheart” shares – it does ease much of my concern over that deal. Did I read here that the private placement was not supposed to become public knowledge? If so, and they are legally permitted to do this, does anyone know how many times this may have been done in the past and can they do it again? Have they had three different names in the last six months; Purewater, Pacific Capital, and Pan American?

And thanks for the link to the prices for PABN – I could not find these (although I only checked a couple of places) What happened to the volume on 4/13/99, 4/14/99, and 4/19/99? Does anyone know how many shares are outstanding? The bottom of this SI thread lists the PABN 52 week high of .62 cents – when was that?

I've only been reading this thread for the last 10 days or so, and I'm not asking you to rehash explanations you've put forth before, but there seem to be enough red flags still flying that I will wait at least until some sort of financial report comes out (next week or so?). You may have good explanations for all my concerns but I haven't held any penny stocks for many years and I guess I am just not comfortable with this company. In the stocks I buy I'm not used to trying to figure out if a company's management is on the up-and-up.

You've pointed this out to me twice – no I don't think jhild cares about me, nor do I think you care about me, nor do I expect either of you to do so, thanks anyway.
