Well, it appears no one got a sweetheart deal, did they? They sure did if they knew there was an orchestrated run up coming. And there is no way of knowing exactly when those other 47,000,000 shares were sold, except of course asking the company. Do you suppose the confidence level in what they say is still a solid 10 on the scale after the way they said the financials were to be out last week? The shareholders that knew nothing about this private placement sure didn't get a sweetheart deal.
