Look Helene, this registration stuff is not rocket science. It doesn't take much looking at the NASDR to find beaucoup companies that have successfully registered in more states than Gold Country. These forms that are submitted contain mostly the same information. The fact remains that the investors, your good friends Barbara and Kristi among others, were used to spread that nonsense that they were registered in all 50 states when in all likelihood they all had not even been sent in. By the looks of the dates of acceptance by the states so far, I would guess it was a matter of weeks after those statements that they were licensed in all 50 states that those applications were actually sent in. Back in March it was reported by Kristi that they were all filled in and ready to go and their acceptance generally occurred in about 30 days. Of course that was Charlie talking and what does he know? He only has a couple of years experience as a registered broker. You all bend so far over backward to defend these guys. You will defend the most indefensible positions - and for what?
