Have you settled in your new house yet ? Marilyn and I went to the home show down the road from you in Frisco a few weeks ago ... I wasn't impressed with anything there ... all in the 1M price ... the elcheapo hacendia seems as if it was 885k ... didn't see one I'd swap mine for ... if I had to live in it .... of course I'd swap and then sell at a severely reduced price .... gggg glad you didn't go to the divorce court ..... gggggg edit -- IF that premmie will get down in that 9.50 or slightly lower range, I'll be VERRRRRYY tempted again ... to go long for a quick 2 points ...
